Marriage Registration Form

  • So You're Ready to Be Married
Now that you've made the big decision, it's time to prepare for your Jewish wedding. A wedding ceremony is one of the most profound spiritual moments in your life---a holy transaction that binds two souls together before G‑d and community. This sacred act is governed by halacha (Jewish law) and requires thoughtful preparation to ensure its authenticity and meaning.

When you choose to have your wedding officiated according to traditional Jewish law, you're not just planning an event---you're entering into a covenant that has sustained our people for millennia. This sacred responsibility requires dedication, study, and adherence to certain requirements. The result is a ceremony of depth, beauty, and eternal significance.

Requirements for a Traditional Jewish Wedding
To ensure your wedding ceremony is conducted according to halacha, the following requirements must be met:

Jewish Status: Both bride and groom must be Jewish according to halacha. Documentation verifying Jewish status will be required

Pre-Wedding Study: The couple must complete study sessions with Rabbi Benjy and the Rebbetzin covering the laws of family purity (taharat hamishpacha) and mikveh.

Ceremony Location: The chuppah must take place in an appropriate setting. While we can officiate at hotels and catering halls, the chuppah ceremony itself cannot be held in a non-kosher restaurant.

Halachic Compliance:  The ketubah, ring and witnesses must meet traditional halachic standards.

    Wedding Package Includes:
