Monday, January 22nd
Chabad Preschool had a "Havdallah Pajama Party" this past Saturday night. The students got to make 'besamim balls' and everyone enjoyed hearing the havdala recited by Rabbi Benjy. Afterwards, they sat on glow in the dark mat and watched a slide show of preschool pictures.
Thursday, January 11th
Chabad Preschool had a busy week, as they learned all about the winter. They went on a nature hike outside, did experiments with ice, and talking about dressing warmly. They also names their fish this week; Swimmy & Sucker! Preschool welcomes the 3 new students that joined them after winter
break.
Thursday, January 4th
To promote the legacy of Shirley Blumberg, a new preschool class for the 2007-2008 school year, is being dedicated in her memory. What better way to memorialize Shirley than to have lively and vivacious children receive the best possible start in life. Tuesday, January 2nd
The 2nd semester of Chabad preschool started today and is in full swing. The preschool, which was founded in 2006, has seen tremendous success so far, growing from only 3 students to 10 students in just a few short months. "For the 2007-2007 school year we will be expanding our school by starting a 3-year-old class and other additions to the existing 2-year-old class." says Director, Chevee Hein.
Thursday, November 2nd
Chabad Preschool learned about the 3rd day of creation this week- the day that plants, flowers, trees and all things that grow from the ground were created. They made their own 'fruit tree' in the classroom, went on an acorn hunt, and learned all about agriculture.
Thursday, October 26th
Chabad Preschool had an exciting week as they learned all about the 6 days of creation. They sang special songs, and even did water experiments, and discussed the different uses of water.
Thursday, October 5th
Chabad Preschool prepared for sukkot this week, by building their very own Sukkah right inside the classroom. They also took enjoyed smelling the Esrog and shaking the Lulav.
Thursday, September 28th

Wednesday September 20th
Bobby Doowah put on a smashing pre-Rosh Hashana concert this morning at Chabad. All of the children had a great time singing and clapping along.6
